HCHS’s major fundraiser for a dog park --- “SPRING BREAK AT DOGTONA” --- will continue to be held annually, on the 3rd Saturday in March, at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds. Please be assured that any money HCHS has raised/will raise for a dog park, will be utilized for that purpose. If it does not become feasible to establish a Humane Society COUNTY dog park, then the money will be used to augment amenities at any of the dog parks that have been/may be established by other entities.
If you are aware of a suitable site that would be economically feasible (donated or reasonable lease) please contact us. We will be happy to refer your suggestion to the appropriate governmental entity. We thank you for your interest!
