SPAY / NEUTER ASSISTANCE

LOCAL PROGRAMS

Thousands of adoptable pets are euthanized in the Indianapolis area each year because there simply are not enough homes for them.

In addition to reducing the pet overpopulation problem the surgery can help pet owners in these ways:

  • Eliminates many behavior problems such as biting, spraying, fighting, and roaming. Altered pets make better, more affectionate companions.
  • Reduces the risk of cancer. This saves you money in the long run on veterinary bills.

Many people neglect to have this relatively simple surgery done to their pets due to the cost involved. There are low cost alternatives in our area for people who need help with this.
