HOPE Program
(Help Over-Population End)

The Hendricks County Humane Society HOPE Program offers low cost pet sterilization. You do not have to be a resident of Hendricks County to participate. If you would like an application contact us at hendrickscountyhumanesociety.org or call us at 745-8181 ext. 235 and we will send or email you one or you can download a Adobe PDF version below (be sure to download both pages). Upon receipt of your application and payment, we will mail you a HOPE certificate. You are responsible for making the appointment after receiving the certificate. When calling to schedule the surgery, be sure to ask if there are tests or screenings suggested for your pet before surgery. Usually these are not required but suggested. The HOPE program pays only for the basic surgery which is what most people using it get. You will be responsible for any tests or screening you choose to have done in addition. Any animal can be excluded from surgery for medical reasons, such as but not limited to , old age, disease, or late stage pregnancy. You must take your certificate with you the day of surgery.
